Seriously ? All Public Pry schools in Rivers state are of this standard ?

These photos were released by APC from Buhari and other chieftains visitations to a primary school in Rivers state today and claimed that this is how all public primary school in the state look like. 

A member of the APC Presidential team, Lola Shoneyin shared the photos and wrote "All primary schools in Rivers State look like this. Happy pupils thrilled to meet 'President Buhari!'
